中医传统功法对慢性心衰患者心肺功能、运动耐量的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of traditional Chinese exercise on cardiopulmonary function and exercise tolerance in patients with chronic heart failure

目的系统评价中医传统功法对慢性心力衰竭(简称慢性心衰,chronic heart failure,CHF),患者心肺功能、运动耐量的影响。方法计算机检索CNKI、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方、维普、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Embase、PubMed中关于中医传统功法对慢性心衰患者心肺功能、运动耐量的干预研究,检索时限为建库至2023年2月20日。由2名研究者分别进行文献筛选、数据提取及质量评价,采用RevMan 5.4软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入16项研究,慢性心衰患者1123人,所纳入研究的干预时间3个月以上。Meta分析显示:中医传统功法相比于常规治疗,对峰值摄氧量(VO_(2)peak)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、N端脑利肽前体(NT-proBNP)、6 min步行距离(6MWD)的影响更大。结论中医传统功法可增强慢性心衰患者的心肺功能,提高患者的运动耐力。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese exercise on cardiopulmonary function and exercise tolerance in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Relevant articles reporting the application of traditional Chinese exercise to intervene cardiopulmonary function and exercise tolerance in patients with CHF were searched in online databases,including CNKI,Chinese Biomedical Database(CBM),Wanfang,VIP,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,Embase,and PubMed.The searching time limit was from the establishment of the database to February 20,2023.Two researchers were independently responsible for literature screening,data extraction,and quality evaluation.RevMan 5.4 software was used to conduct the meta-analysis.Results A total of 16 eligible studies were included in this meta-analysis,including 1123 patients with CHF.The intervention period included in the study was longer than 3 months.Meta-analysis showed that traditional Chinese exercises had a greater impact on peak oxygen uptake(VO_(2)peak),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro-BNP),and 6-min walking distance(6MWD)compared to those of conventional treatment.Conclusion Traditional Chinese exercise can enhance the cardiopulmonary function and exercise endurance of patients with CHF.
