七藤脉宁方对痰瘀阻络型颈动脉粥样硬化脑梗死患者神经功能与血清的影响

Effect of QitengMaining Formula on nerve function and serum levels of cerebral infarction patients with carotid atherosclerosis of phlegm and blood stasis blocking collateral type

目的探讨七藤脉宁方对颈动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损患者的疗效及机制。方法将176例确诊患者采用随机数字表分为治疗组及对照组各88例,治疗组在对照组西医常规治疗基础上,辅助以七藤脉宁方治疗。比较治疗前后两组血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)与改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分,以及凝血功能。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平,MoCA评分与凝血功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组较对照组的hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平,MoCA评分与凝血功能指标均有降低(P<0.05),而治疗组与对照组比较mRS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论七藤脉宁方对痰瘀阻络型颈动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者的神经功能有明显的保护作用,并改善炎症反应,认知机能与凝血功能。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of QitengMaining Formula onneurological deficits in patients with cerebral infarction caused by carotid atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 176 patients with cerebral infarction caused by carotid atherosclerosis were randomLy divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 88 patients in each group.All patients were managed by routine Western medicine,and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with QitengMaining Formula.Serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)scores,the modified rankin scale(mRS)scores and coagulation function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The therapeutic efficacy was significantly better in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,and TNF-α,MoCA scores and coagulation function indexesbefore the treatment between groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,and TNF-α,MoCA scores and coagulation function indexeswere significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the mRS scores were comparable(P>0.05).Conclusion QitengMaining Formula has a significant protective effect on the neurological function of cerebral infarction patients with carotid atherosclerosis of phlegm and blood stasis blocking collateral type,which significantly improves inflammatory reaction,cognitive function and blood coagulation function.
