急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清IRAK4、ARG1、UCH-L1的表达及其预测价值

摘要 目的分析急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清白介素1受体关联激酶4(IRAK4)、重组人精氨酸酶1(ARG1)、泛素羧基末端水解酶L1(UCH-L1)的表达及其预测价值。方法选取2021年7月至2022年7月周口东新医院收治的52例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究组,另选取同期于周口东新医院进行健康体检的志愿者50例为对照组。检测两组IRAK4、ARG1、UCH-L1水平。结果与对照组相比,研究组IRAK4(310.44±40.36)μg/L VS(360.59±52.88)μg/L、ARG1(80.59±9.01)ng/mL VS(109.58±11.73)ng/mL、UCH-L1(0.90±0.11)μg/L VS(1.62±0.20)μg/L水平较高(P<0.05)。与研究组轻度患者相比,中度、重度患者IRAK4(340.55±48.36)μg/L VS(359.73±50.93)μg/L VS(385.83±53.79)μg/L、ARG1(92.36±10.37)ng/mL VS(106.88±11.50)ng/mL VS(135.52±12.59)ng/mL、UCH-L1(1.21±0.16)μg/L VS(1.60±0.19)μg/L VS(2.14±0.23)μg/L水平较高(P<0.05);与中度患者相比,重度患者IRAK4(359.73±50.93)μg/L VS(385.83±53.79)μg/L、ARG1(106.88±11.50)μg/L VS(135.52±12.59)μg/L、UCH-L1(1.60±0.19)μg/L VS(2.14±0.23)μg/L水平较高(P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者IRAK4、ARG1、UCH-L1表达较高,且随病情严重程度的加重、预后不良的发生,IRAK4、ARG1、UCH-L1表达水平升高加剧,IRAK4、ARG1、UCH-L1三者联合检测对急性缺血性脑卒中患者预后不良的预测价值较高。 Objective To analyze the expression levels of interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4(IRAK4),recombinant human arginase 1(ARG1)and ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase L1(UCH-L1)in patients with acute ischemic stroke,and their predictive value.Methods Fifty-two patients with AIS admitted to Dongxin District People's Hospital of Zhoukou from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study group,and 50 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination at the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Expression levels of IRAK4,ARG1 and UCH-L1 levels were detected in the two groups.Results Compared with those of the control group,expression levels of IRAK4(310.44±40.36)μg/L VS(360.59±52.88)μg/L,ARG1(80.59±9.01)ng/mL VS(109.58±11.73)ng/mL,and UCH-L1(0.90±0.11)μg/L VS(1.62±0.20)μg/L of the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with those of mild patients in the study group,expression levels of IRAK4(340.55±48.36)μg/L VS(359.73±0.93)μg/L VS(385.83±53.79)μg/L,ARG1(92.36±10.37)ng/mL VS(106.88±11.50)ng/mL VS(135.52±12.59)ng/mL and UCH-L1(1.21±0.16)μg/L VS(1.60±0.19)μg/L VS(2.14±0.23)μg/L were significantly higher in moderate and severe patients(P<0.05).Compared with those of moderate patients,expression levels of IRAK4(359.73±50.93)μg/L VS(385.83±53.79)μg/L,ARG1(106.88±11.50)ng/mL VS(135.52±12.59)ng/mL,and UCH-L1(1.60±0.19)μg/L VS(2.14±0.23)μg/L were significantly higher in severe patients(P<0.05).Conclusion IRAK4,ARG1 and UCH-L1 are highly expressed in patients with AIS,which increase with the aggravation of AIS,and is accompanied by poor prognosis.A combination detection of IRAK4,ARG1and UCHL1 levels exerts an acceptable potential in predicting a poor prognosis of AIS.
