新生儿肺炎行氨溴索+布地奈德雾化治疗的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of ambroxol + budesonide atomization therapy on neonatal pneumonia

目的:研究和分析氨溴索与布地奈德联合应用对于新生儿肺炎所起到的治疗作用。方法:在2021年1月至12月,选取本院80例新生儿肺炎患儿,采用数字表法随机分为两组各40例。在对照组中施行常规治疗,研究组则在其基础上应用氨溴索、布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,对比总有效率、不良反应,并在组间和组内对比各项指标(血清炎症因子、肺通气功能、动脉血气)。结果:组间对比总有效率,研究组更高(P<0.05)。对比组间不良反应发生率,差异不明显(P>0.05)。治疗后,血清炎症各项因子指标的水平在研究组中均比对照组低,FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PaO 2在研究组中均比对照组高,PaCO 2在研究组中低于对照组,均P<0.05。结论:对于新生儿肺炎,联合应用氨溴索与布地奈德的病情控制效果良好,可起到减轻炎症反应、改善肺通气功能、纠正动脉血气紊乱的作用,且用药后不良反应少,安全性良好。

Objective:To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of ambroxol combined with budesonide on neonatal pneumonia.Methods:From January to December 2021,80 cases of children with neonatal pneumonia from our hospital were selected,according the random grouping method,the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.Routine treatment was performed in the control group,while aerosol inhalation of ambroxol and budesonide was used in the study group on the basis of it.The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared,and the indexes(serum inflammatory factors,pulmonary ventilation function,arterial blood gas)were compared between and within the groups.Results:The total effective rate was compared between groups,the study group was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared among the groups,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors were lower in the study group than the control group,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PaO 2 were higher in the study group than the control group,and PaCO 2 was lower in the study group than the control group,all P<0.05.Conclusion:For neonatal pneumonia,the combined application of ambroxol and budesonide has good disease control effect,which can reduce inflammatory reaction,improve pulmonary ventilation function and correct arterial blood gas disorder,and has less adverse reactions and good safety.
