聚氯乙烯生产过程中电石损耗原因分析及采取的措施

摘要 介绍了电石法聚氯乙烯树脂生产工艺中各处电石损耗,包括电石风化损失、发生系统损失、氯乙烯合成系统损失、精馏系统损失、氯乙烯聚合干燥系统损失及包装工序损失等。降低PVC生产电石单耗应严格管控电石损耗的每一个环节,根据损耗大小首先减少电石风化,加强各工序乙炔、氯乙烯回收,减少废料的产生及回收PVC粉尘等,为下一步采取措施指明了方向。 This paper introduces the calcium carbide loss in the production process chain,including weathering loss,system loss,ethylene synthesis system loss,distillation system loss,polymer drying system loss,and packaging process loss.It is believed that reducing the single consumption of calcium carbide in PVC production should strictly control every link of calcium carbide loss.According to the size of the loss,first reduce calcium carbide weathering,strengthen the recovery of acetylene and ethylene chloride in each process,reduce the production of waste,recover PVC dust,etc.,which points out the direction for the next measures.
