摘要 108 m^(3)聚合釜釜顶冷凝器在运行一定周期后,冷凝器列管易出现堵塞,影响聚合釜母液水冲洗流量及釜顶换热量,制约聚合釜整体利用率,影响树脂产品质量及产能。通过对釜顶冷凝器换热量的影响因素进行分析,制定管控措施并进一步优化改进,从而提升聚合釜釜顶冷凝器的利用率。 After a certain period of operation,the 108 m^(3) polymerization kettle top condenser is prone to blockage in the condenser tubes,which affects the flushing flow of the polymerization kettle mother liquor and the heat exchange at the top of the kettle,restricts the overall utilization rate of the polymerization kettle,and affects the quality and production capacity of resin products.By analyzing the influencing factors of heat exchange in the top condenser of the polymerization reactor,developing control measures and further optimizing and improving them,the utilization rate of the top condenser of the polymerization reactor can be improved.
