摘要
节能降耗是石化企业的一项重要工作,能耗的高低直接影响着企业的竞争力。对于石油化工装置,节能技术工作主要从能量的传输和转换、能量的使用以及能量的回收3个环节展开,其中能量的使用环节是生产工艺过程的核心环节。通过对蒸汽、电以及燃气等主要能源的使用和优化分析,制定节能措施。同时,建立全厂用能分析系统,对全厂进行节能分析,合理匹配、调度各装置用能,做到区域内能量的回收利用。
Energy saving and consumption reduction is an important task in petrochemical enterprises.The level of energy consumption directly affects the competitiveness of enterprises.For petrochemical plant,energysaving technology work mainly from three links:energy transmission and conversion link,energy use link,energy recovery link.The use of energy was the core of the production process.Through the use and optimization analysis of steam,electricity,gas and other major energy sources,energy-saving measures were formulated.At the same time,it was necessary to set up aplant-wide energy analysis system to analyze the energy saving of the plant,match and dispatch the energy consumption of each device reasonably,and realize the energy recovery and utilization in the area.
