基层党组织何以推进乡村建设——基于组织领导力视角的川底村党支部案例分析

How Do Grassroots Communist Party Organizations Promote Rural Construction?A Case Study of the Party Branch of Chuandi Village from the Perspective of Organizational Leadership

农村基层党组织是推进乡村建设的重要力量,揭示其组织领导力的作用机制有重要价值。本文根据“三里湾历史档案”中1951-1953年的川底村党支部史料,回溯中华人民共和国成立初期基层党组织的组织领导力生成过程,深入挖掘基层党组织带领农民推进乡村建设的内在机制。研究发现:基层党组织通过发挥愿景引领力、民主执行力和约束保障力的组织领导力作用,推动村庄全面发展,引导农民参与村庄建设,形成了共建共治共享的村庄发展格局。农民在参与村庄建设的过程中也增强了对中国共产党及党的基层组织的认同。本文研究对提升基层党组织战斗力、推进乡村建设、更好实现乡村振兴有一定的启示意义。

Rural grassroots party organizations play a vital role in promoting rural construction,and analyzing their leadership mechanism provides valuable insights.Based on the historical materials of the Party Branch of Chuandi Village from 1951 to 1953 in the"Sanliwan Historical Archives",this study investigates the grassroots party organizations'leadership formulation during the early years of the People'Republic of China,and delves into the internal mechanism of how grassroots communist party organizations leading villagers to push forward rural construction.We find that grassroots communist party organizations give full play of the organizational leadership role in light of vision provision,democratic execution,and supervision.The role facilitates the village's comprehensive development and guide villagers to participate in village construction,attaining"co-construction,co-governance,and co-sharing"rural development patterm.During this process,grassroots communist party organizations also obtain villagers'increasing recognition.In terms of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and realizing common prosperity,this study sheds lights on how to effectively employ the potentials of grassroots communist party organizations.
