高龄经产妇是指到达预产期时年龄满35周岁的经产妇。随着年龄增大、妊娠次数增加,高龄经产妇的合并症和并发症发生风险显著升高。在产程管理中,应做好分娩前的详细评估、积极干预产程以及针对性地防治合并症和并发症,以保证母儿安全。
