Chinese expert consensus on laparoscopic port-site metastasis of malignant gynecological tumor(2023 edition)

摘要 1概况、制订背景与过程与传统开腹手术相比,腹腔镜手术具有切口小、出血量少、术后恢复快及住院时间短等优点。随着腹腔镜设备的改进、手术技术的不断发展,腹腔镜手术已被广泛应用于妇科恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗。国际妇产科联盟(Interna-tional Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics,FIGO)推荐腹腔镜手术是早期子宫内膜癌的标准术式。
