舍曲林联合小剂量奥氮平治疗抑郁伴焦虑患者的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of sertraline combined with low-dose olanzapine in the treatment of patients with depression and anxiety

目的分析抑郁伴焦虑患者采取舍曲林、小剂量奥氮平联合治疗的预后效果。方法80例抑郁伴焦虑患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用舍曲林治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合小剂量奥氮平治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后抑郁程度、焦虑程度、睡眠质量。结果观察组患者总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的67.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者HAMD评分(8.60±2.50)分、HAMA评分(8.02±2.20)分、PSQI评分(6.02±1.50)分低于对照组的(11.35±3.20)、(10.15±2.50)、(7.55±2.50)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舍曲林联合小剂量奥氮平治疗抑郁伴焦虑患者的效果显著,安全性理想,能够有效促进患者情绪、睡眠质量改善,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the prognostic effect of sertraline combined with low-dose olanzapine in the treatment of patients with depression and anxiety.Methods A total of 80 patients with depression and anxiety were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sertraline,and the observation group was treated with low-dose olanzapine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,depression and anxiety level and sleep quality before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than that of 67.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the observation group had HAMD score of(8.60±2.50)points,HAMA score of(8.02±2.20)points and PSQI score of(6.02±1.50)points,which were lower than those of(11.35±3.20),(10.15±2.50)and(7.55±2.50)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sertraline combined with low-dose olanzapine has a significant effect on patients with depression and anxiety.It has ideal safety,and can promote the improvement of patients'mood and sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
