临床药师干预对药品不良反应监测的影响

Impact of clinical pharmacist intervention on adverse drug reaction monitoring

目的探究临床药师干预对药品不良反应监测的影响,为临床能够合理用药提供切实有效的理论依据。方法80例进行药物治疗的患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,不给予临床药师干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予临床药师干预。比较两组患者用药不良反应发生率以及满意度。结果观察组患者用药不良反应发生率为17.5%,明显低于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总满意度为95.0%,明显高于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过临床药师对医院患者的用药情况进行规范化干预以后,可以显著降低患者用药后不良反应发生率,提升用药安全性以及患者对医院治疗的满意程度,减少医院风险情况的发生。

Objective To investigate the impact of clinical pharmacist intervention on adverse drug reaction monitoring,so as to provide practical and effective theoretical basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent pharmacological treatment were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment without clinical pharmacist intervention,and the observation group received clinical pharmacist intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 17.5%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that of 60.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of patients was 95.0%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of 60.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacist intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after medication,improve drug safety and patients'satisfaction with hospital treatment,and reduce the occurrence of risky situations in hospitals.
