家庭康复对系统性红斑狼疮患者正确用药及治疗依从性的影响

Effect of family rehabilitation on correct medication and treatment compliance of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

目的观察家庭康复对系统性红斑狼疮患者正确用药及治疗依从性的影响。方法60例系统性红斑狼疮患者,以随机数字表法分成对照组及研究组,各30例。对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组开展家庭康复干预。比较两组患者干预前后系统性红斑狼疮疾病相关知识、药物治疗方法、自我管理能力评分、正确用药率及治疗依从性。结果干预后,两组患者系统性红斑狼疮疾病相关知识、药物治疗方法、自我管理能力评分均较本组干预前升高,且研究组患者系统性红斑狼疮疾病相关知识、药物治疗方法、自我管理能力评分分别为(96.76±2.27)、(95.37±1.51)、(116.08±7.39)分,高于对照组的(91.05±3.34)、(90.61±1.63)、(95.61±5.72)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者正确用药率100.00%及治疗依从性优良率100.00%高于对照组的80.00%、76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对系统性红斑狼疮患者实施家庭康复干预,可显著提升患者对于系统性红斑狼疮疾病相关知识、药物治疗方法的掌握能力,改善自我管理能力,提升用药正确率及对于治疗的依从性,效果理想。

Objective To observe the effect of family rehabilitation on correct medication and treatment compliance of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods A total of 60 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were randomly divided into control group and research group according to the random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the research group carried out family rehabilitation intervention.The knowledge about systemic lupus erythematosus,drug therapy and self-management ability score before and after intervention,rate of correct medication and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of knowledge about systemic lupus erythematosus,drug therapy and self-management ability of patients in both groups were higher than those before intervention in this group;the scores of knowledge,drug therapy and self-management ability of patients were(96.76±2.27),(95.37±1.51)and(116.08±7.39)points in the research group,which were higher than those of(91.05±3.34),(90.61±1.63)and(95.61±5.72)points in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of correct medication of 100.00%and the excellent rate of treatment compliance of 100.00%in the research group were higher than those of 80.00%and 76.67%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,family rehabilitation intervention can significantly improve the patients'ability to master the relevant knowledge of systemic lupus erythematosus and drug therapy,improve their self-management ability,improve the rate of correct medication and the compliance with treatment,and the effect is ideal.
