摘要
目的探讨乙酰半胱氨酸对高脂血症患者性激素水平的影响及作用机制。方法利用前瞻性、随机对照双盲的科研方法选择2020年9~10月患有高脂血症男性90例,分为安慰剂组和乙酰半胱氨酸组(NAC组)。NAC组给予乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片600 mg,2次/d,持续30 d,安慰剂组给予安慰剂作为对照。分别在试验第1天和第31天抽取血标本,采用化学发光免疫分析法测定性激素指标,酶联免疫吸附法测定IL-6、IL-10水平,利用比色法测定超氧化物歧化酶水平,流式细胞术法测定外周血淋巴细胞凋亡水平。结果与安慰剂组相比,NAC组睾酮指标有所上升(P<0.05),促卵泡生成素及促黄体生成素差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NAC组血清IL-6水平显著下降(P<0.05),SOD及IL-10水平显著升高(P<0.05),外周血细胞凋亡率显著低于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。结论NAC治疗可以改善高脂血症患者睾酮水平,抑制全身炎症及稳定机体氧化系统平衡、抑制细胞凋亡,NAC很有可能是一种有前途的改善血清氧化应激防御体系的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effect acetylcysteine on sex hormone levels in hyperlipidemia patients.Methods It was a perspective,randomized controlled double-blind trail involving 90 male patients with hyperlipidemia between September and October 2020.They were randomly divided into placebo group and N-acetylcysteine group(NAC group).Patients in NAC group were given acetylcysteine effervescent tablets 600 mg twice a day for 30 days,and those in placebo group were given placebo as control.Blood samples were collected on day 1 and 31 to measure sex hormone levels by chemiluminescence immunoassay.Relative contents of interleukin-6(IL-6)and IL-10 were measured by ELISA.The superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels were detected by colorimetry.The apoptosis of peripheral blood lymphocytes was determined by flow cytometry.Results Compared with those of placebo group,patients in NAC group presented significantly higher levels of testosterone,SOD and IL-10,and lower levels of IL-6 and apoptotic rate of peripheral blood cells(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion NAC treatment can improve the testosterone level of male patients with hyperlipidemia,inhibit systemic inflammation,stabilize oxidation system balance,and decrease apoptosis.NAC is likely to be a promising treatment against oxidative stress.
