摘要
上运型带式输送机的倒带现象给煤矿井下的安全运输带来了极大威胁,为有效降低或避免倒带事故的产生,通过实例从理论上对倒带诱因及倒带机理进行了系统的分析,计算验证了倒带出现的临界条件,提出了避免和制止倒带的对策,可有效遏制煤矿井下上运型带式输送机的倒带现象,尤其对大倾角、大运量、长距离上运型带式输送机安全运行提供了重要保障。
The rewinding phenomenon of the upward-transportation belt conveyor poses a great threat to the safety of underground transportation in coal mines.In order to effectively reduce or avoid the rewinding accidents,a systematic analysis was conducted on the causes and mechanisms of rewinding through practical examples.The critical conditions for the occurrence of rewinding were calculated and verified,and countermeasures to avoid and stop rewinding were proposed,which could effectively curb the rewinding of the upward-transportation belt conveyor in coal mines,especially,it provided important guarantees for the safe operation of upward-transportation belt conveyors with the large inclination angle,large capacity,and long distance.
