大型半自磨机筒体衬板结构设计方法与选材 被引量:3

Design method and material selection of shell liner structure for large semi-autogenous mill

摘要 半自磨机内部钢球的运行轨迹和抛落点受到磨机转速、衬板高度、提升面角等因素影响,部分钢球会直接冲击筒体衬板。半自磨机大型化使衬板的服役条件急剧恶化,对衬板的结构强度、材料强韧性和耐磨性提出了更高的要求。依据大型半自磨机衬板设计经验,结合衬板专业设计软件及三维扫描分析技术,对提升条排数等结构设计参数进行了系统分析;对比了几种广泛使用的耐磨材料在大型半自磨机高频次、高能量冲击条件下的匹配性,提出了合理的选材建议。 The running track and dropping point of steel balls inside the semi-autogenous mill are infiuenced by factors such as mill speed,liner height,and lifting face angle,and some steel balls will even directly impact the shell liner.The large-scale of semi-autogenous mills has led to a sharp deterioration in the service conditions of the liner,posing higher requirements for the structural strength,material strength,toughness,and wear resistance of the liner.Based on the design experience of large semi-autogenous mill liners,combined with professional liner design software and 3D scanning analysis technology,a systematic analysis was conducted on structural design parameters such as the number of lifting bars.At the same time,the compatibility of several widely used wear-resistant materials under high-frequency and high-energy impact conditions in large semi-autogenous mills was compared,and reasonable material selection suggestions were proposed.
