强化粗粒铜硫矿回收的浮选机叶轮优化研究

摘要 江西某地的铜硫选矿厂存在粗粒硫回收率低的问题。由于运输距离长,采用常规浮选机时粗粒矿物上浮困难。采用新型弧面叶轮后,浮选机的空气分散度显著提高;矿浆相中,矿化气泡在上浮过程中矿物颗粒几乎没有脱落;泡沫产品中,+0.10 mm的金属粒级回收率比常规浮选机提高约3个百分点;与同规格、同流程的其他浮选机相比,新型弧面叶轮浮选机的能耗降低约2%,节能效果显著。 There was a problem of low recovery rate of coarse sulfur in a copper-sulfur concentrator in Jiangxi.Due to the long transportation distance of conventional flotation machine,it was difficult to float coarse minerals.With the new cambered impeller,the air dispersion of the fiotation machine was significantly improved;at the same time,in the pulp phase,the mineralized bubbles almost did not fall off during the fioating process.Moreover,in foam products,the recovery rate of+0.10 mm metal particles was about 3 percentage points higher than that of conventional fiotation machine.Compared with other fiotation machines of the same specification and process,the energy consumption of the new cambered impeller fiotation machine was reduced by 2%,and the energy-saving effect was significant.
