摘要
推动特殊教育高质量发展,是新时代特殊教育事业的行动方向。云南省特殊教育有显著的区域发展特色。了解云南省特殊教育学校办学状况,是实现云南省特殊教育高质量发展的关键。本研究采用混合研究方法调查云南省特殊教育学校办学状况,发现教师专业发展良莠不齐,学生高层次、高质量发展薄弱,信息化无障碍建设缺失,资源中心指导效果不佳,送教上门区域差异大及外部合作形式单一等问题突出,提出内涵式发展是高质量办学的核心任务,民族化特色发展是高质量办学的突破点,有效的山区送教上门是高质量办学的重要内容等建议。
Promoting quality development of special education is the action direction of special education in the new era.Special education in Yunnan Province has the characteristics of regional development.A comprehensive understanding of the school running status of special education schools in Yunnan Province is the key prerequisite for achieving the high quality development of special education there.Using a mixed method,the study investigates the current running status of special education schools in Yunnan Province,and finds that the professional development of teachers is mixed,the high-level and high-quality development of students is weak.Besides,problems like the lack of information barrier-free construction,the poor effect of resource center tour,the large regional differences in home delivery and the single form of external cooperation are outstanding.Therefore,this study puts forward the core task of connotative development for special education schools in Yunnan Province,the path of nationalized characteristics for high-quality school running,and the effective model of sending education to the homes in mountainous areas,so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of special education in Yunnan Province.
