基于熵权TOPSIS的研究生教育综合发展水平评价

摘要 在参考已有研究的基础上,从规模、投入与效益3个维度构建研究生教育综合发展水平评价指标体系,并采用熵权法确定12个二级指标权重.同时,使用加权TOPSIS的方法对我国除香港地区、澳门地区、台湾地区外其余31个省份2010年和2019年的研究生教育综合发展水平进行测度和评价.结果显示,我国研究生教育综合发展水平存在明显的区域差异,总体上东部省份最优;此外,区域内部也存在显著差异,部分省份与同区域内其他省份存在巨大差异;从2010年和2019年研究生教育综合发展水平的等级差排名得知,大部分省份的研究生教育综合发展水平没有较大幅度的变化. Based on the existing studies,a three-dimensional evaluation index system of the comprehensive development level of postgraduate education was constructed from three aspects:scale,input,and effectiveness,and the entropy weighting method was used to determine the weights of the 12 secondary indicators.At the same time,the weighted TOPSIS method was used to measure and evaluate the comprehensive development level of postgraduate education in 31 provinces of China except for Hong Kong region,Macao region and Taiwan region in 2010 and 2019.The results show that there are obvious regional differences in the comprehensive development level of postgraduate education in China,with the eastern provinces being the best overall.Moreover,there are significant intraregional differences,with some provinces differing significantly from others within the same region.Finally,the ranking of the comprehensive development level of postgraduate education in 2010 and 2019 shows that the comprehensive development level of postgraduate education in most provinces has not changed relatively significantly.
