遮蔽效应下双平面网衣和圆形网衣的水动力性能 被引量:2

摘要 基于计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)数值仿真方法,利用STARCCM+软件对双平面网衣和圆形网衣进行数值仿真模拟。建立合适的流场域并进行网格划分和收敛性验证;针对水流作用下网衣的遮蔽效应,分析网衣的水平拖曳力和阻力系数。对比2种网衣的流速衰减、网衣受力和阻力系数的变化情况,结果发现:2种网衣在网内和网后均存在明显的流速衰减;当流速增加时,2种网衣具有相似的变化规律,网衣的水平拖曳力随流速的增加而增大,阻力系数随流速的增加而减小;圆形网衣的受力始终大于平面网衣。研究成果可供网箱的设计优化及其水动力性能和流场特性研究参考。 Based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation method,the STARCCM+software is used to numerically simulate the biplane and circular net clothing,where the appropriate flow field is established,and the mesh partitioning and convergence verification are performed.The horizontal drag force and resistance coefficient of the net clothing are analyzed for the shielding effect of the net clothing under water flow.It is found in comparing the flow velocity attenuation,the force acting on the net,and the resistance coefficient changes of the two types of net clothing,that the flow velocity attenuation is significant inside and behind the net.When the flow velocity increases,the two have a similar change pattern,but the horizontal drag force of the net clothing increases with the increase of flow velocity,while the resistance coefficient decreases with the increase of flow velocity.The force on circular net clothing is always greater than that on the flat one.The research results can serve as a reference for the further design of net cages and the study of their hydrodynamic performance and flow field characteristics.
