Design of Fuel Gas System for Dual-fuel Suez Tanker

以某双燃料苏伊士型原油船为研究对象,对液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)燃气系统的基本原理及其主要设备的综合布置进行深入研究,得到既满足燃气系统的使用性能要求,又能充分利用船舶有限的空间、布置紧凑美观、建造成本较低的燃气系统布置方案,供后续同类型船舶,尤其是苏伊士型油船双燃料动力系统的燃气系统设计和布置参考。

A dual-fuel Suez tanker is taken as the object to study in-depth the basic principles of Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)fuel system and the comprehensive configuration of the main equipment,so as to work out a reasonable arrangement plan with the features of compact and nice layout and reduced cost,which not only satisfy the service performance of the gas system,but also makes full use of the ship’s limited space.The study provides reference for the design and layout of gas system on the similar ships,especially the Suez tankers with dual fuel system.
