基于结构共同规范的散货船槽型舱壁优化设计

摘要 基于《散货船和油船结构共同规范》,以散货船的重压载舱为研究对象,从槽型舱壁的基本设计参数入手,结合规范计算结果和直接计算结果,对重压载舱的槽型舱壁进行优化设计。在满足结构强度衡准要求的基础上,得到技术经济性最优的重压载舱槽型舱壁结构形式,为后续的散货船结构轻量化设计提供参考。 Based on the latest Common Structure Rules(CSR)for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers,a heavy ballast tank of bulk carriers is taken as the research object to optimize the design of corrugated bulkhead of heavy ballast tank,which starts with the basic design parameters of corrugated bulkhead and considers the results of the direct calculation and the calculation according to the Rules.On the basis of meeting the requirements of structure strength standard,the structural form of corrugated bulkhead with the best technical efficiency is obtained,which provides favorable technical basis for the subsequent lightweight design of bulk carrier structure.
