摘要
聚酯缆是深水浮式平台系泊系统中常用的材料,具有蠕变特性。为降低该特性对浮式平台的影响,需在安装聚酯缆过程中对其进行结构拉伸。结合聚酯缆的刚度特性分析对其进行结构拉伸的必要性,并提出对角拉伸的施工方法,解决聚酯缆结构拉伸载荷过大的问题,降低工程开发成本。通过2个实例详细介绍结构拉伸的步骤,总结实际操作过程中的注意事项,同时验证该结构拉伸方法的可靠性。研究结果可供聚酯缆系泊系统的设计和安装参考。
Polyester cable is a commonly used material in the mooring system of deep-water floating platforms,which has creep characteristics.To reduce the effect of these characteristics on the floating platform,structural stretching of the polyester cable is required during the installation phase.Based on the stiffness characteristics of polyester cable materials,the necessity of structural stretching is analyzed,and a construction method of diagonal stretching is proposed to solve the problem of excessive tensile load on polyester cable structures and to reduce the cost of engineering development.This paper introduces the steps of structural stretching in detail with two examples,summarizes the precautions in the actual operation process,and verifies the reliability of the structural stretching method.The results may provide reference for the design and installation of polyester cable mooring systems.
