基于炉料结构的转炉钢铁料耗指标优化实践

摘要 基于渣场含铁物料的精细管理、炉料结构参数的优化与生产组织的“主副炉制度”的推进,确定了易喷含铁物料装斗的合理配比为:2.5t渣钢、8.0t炉下回收废钢、1.0t氧化铁皮、6.0t生铁及9.0t外购废钢或厂内直供废钢,也确定了每日夜班、白班与中班1#、2#与3#炉依次做为主炉,3#炉、1#炉与2#炉为副炉的“主副炉制度”,有效减少了车间过程金属料的损失。2021年车间钢铁料耗为1053.0kg/t,较2020年同口径降低了2.1kg/t。炉料结构的优化过程中建立了冶炼总渣量经验公式与系统热平衡静态模型,指导操作工准确判断出当班留渣量与新渣加入量,实现转炉冶炼过程少渣冶炼,有效减少了石灰与矿石的浪费,转炉终点C-T-P综合命中率上升了22.18%。终点提枪至出钢开始时间在4.5分钟内的比例上升了25.96%,缩短了钢水在炉内的停留时间,炉型控制较为稳定。 Based on the fine management of iron-bearing materials in slag yard,the optimization of the structure parameters of the charge and the promotion of the"main and secondary furnace system"in the production organization,the reasonable ratio of iron-bearing materials with easy injection into the bucket is determined as follows:2.5t slag steel,8.0t scrap under furnace recovery,1.0t oxide iron,6.0t pig iron and 9.0t scrap purchased in the factory or direct supply of scrap,also determined the daily night shift,day shift and middle shift 1#,2#and 3#furnace as the main furnace,3#furnace,1#furnace and 2#furnace as the secondary furnace"main and secondary furnace system",effectively reduce the loss of metal materials in the workshop process.In 2021,the steel material consumption in workshop is 1053.0kg/t,which is 2.1kg/t lower than that in 2020.In the process of optimizing the charge structure,the empirical formula of the total smelting slag amount and the static model of the system heat balance were established,which guided the operators to accurately judge the amount of slag left in the shift,realized less slag smelting in the converter smelting process,effectively reduced the waste of lime and ore,and the comprehensive C-T-P hit rate of the converter terminal increased by 22.18%.The proportion of the time from the end point of gun lifting to the beginning of steel drawing increased by 25.96%within 4.5 minutes,which shortened the residence time of molten steel in the furnace,and the furnace type control was more stable.
