摘要
通过对煤矸石混凝土立方体开展单轴抗压强度测试,研究了煤矸石混凝土料浆浓度、煤矸石细矸率以及水泥掺量对强度的影响关系,获得了煤矸石混凝土中各主要成分的优化配比区间。研究表明:在煤矸石混凝土的配比中,混凝土料浆质量浓度区间以76%~80%为宜;细骨料的掺量区间以35%~45%为宜;水泥掺量对煤矸石混凝土强度影响较大,且随着水泥的增加而快速增加,其掺量与水泥呈现正相关;同时,对不同期龄的煤矸石混凝土进行了电镜扫描以及EDS能谱扫描,结果表明随着期龄的增长,其水化产物会发生改变,水化产物之间会相互交织形成致密结构,提高材料强度。
Using coal gangue instead of natural aggregate in traditional concrete to prepare new coal gangue concrete materials can not only improve the problem that coal gangue is difficult to deal with in coal mining enterprises,but also reduce the mining of natural stone and alleviate the shortage of resources.Through the uniaxial compressive strength test of coal gangue concrete cube,the influence of coal gangue concrete slurry con-centration,coal gangue fine gangue rate and cement content on strength was studied,and the optimal ratio range of each main component in coal gangue concrete was obtained.The results show that in the proportion of coal gangue concrete,the mass concentration range of concrete slurry is 76%~80%.The suitable range of fine aggregate content is 35%~45%.The cement content has a great influence on the strength of coal gangue concrete,and increases rapidly with the increase of cement,and its content is positively correlated with cement.At the same time,electron microscope scanning and EDS energy spectrum scanning were carried out on coal gangue concrete of different ages.The results show that with the increase of age,the hydration products will change,and the hydration products will be intertwined to form a dense structure to improve the strength of the material.
