焊接材料性能对奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头晶间腐蚀性能影响的研究

摘要 通过焊接工艺评定对奥氏体不锈钢埋弧焊焊接工艺焊后,焊接接头在焊态和固溶态下的力学性能和晶间腐蚀进行试验验证,结合晶间腐蚀试验的判定标准,确定晶间腐蚀试验不合格的主要原因,制定相关措施,解决了该晶间腐蚀不合格的问题。分析焊接材料性能及对焊接材料性能根据不同要求进行质量控制,可为此类晶间腐蚀问题提供意见参考。 The mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion of Austenitic stainless steel welded joints after submerged arc welding(saw-RRB-process in the as-welded and as-soldered states were tested and verified by welding procedure qualification,in conjunction with the criteria of the intergranular corrosion test standard,the main reason of disqualification in intergranular corrosion test was determined,and the problem was solved by making relevant measures.The analysis of the properties of welding materials and the quality control of the properties of welding materials according to different requirements can provide advice for this kind of intergranular corrosion.
