摘要
针对综采工作面粉尘存在难防治的问题,基于综采工作面主要粉尘来源,结合主要防尘措施,分析了传统防尘措施现存的不足,研究了磁化水降尘技术,分析了其具体降尘原理,并以山西某矿7105采煤工作面降尘工程为例,进行了应用分析,具体测定了使用磁化水降尘技术前与降尘技术后试验地点的粉尘浓度变化情况,应用结果表明:磁化水能更好的湿润粉尘,降尘效果更好,能很好的防治工作面粉尘,可为综采工作面的降尘提供参考。
In view of the problem that it is difficult to prevent and control the dust in the fully mechanized working face,based on the main dust sources of the fully mechanized working face,combined with the main dust prevention measures,this paper analyzes the existing shortcomings of the traditional dust prevention measures,studies the dust reduction technology of magnetic water treatment,analyzes its specific dust reduction princi-ple,and takes the dust reduction project of 7105 coal mining face of a mine in Shanxi Province as an example,carries out an application analysis,the change of dust concentration at the test site before and after the use of Magnetic water treatment dust reduction technology was specifically measured.The application results show that magnetized water can better wet the dust,have better dust reduction effect,and can well prevent and control the dust in the working face,which can provide a reference for dust reduction in the fully mechanized mining face.
