结构针灸治疗新学员轻中度膝关节军事训练伤的疗效研究

Efficacy of Structural Acupuncture in the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Knee Military Training Injuries in New Trainees

目的探讨结构针灸治疗轻中度膝关节军事训练伤的疗效优势,为轻中度膝关节军事训练伤提供更优的治疗方式。方法选取2022-09~10月某院校新训阶段膝关节训练伤学员78例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。观察组应用结构针灸刺法治疗,2次/周,治疗2周;对照组应用羚锐伤湿止痛膏贴敷治疗,1次/d,晨起敷贴睡前去除,治疗2周。比较两种干预方式的疗效以及疼痛强度量表(numerical rating scale,NRS)评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分和患肢下蹲疼痛角度在3、7、14、28天的变化情况。结果观察组的疗效明显优于对照组。观察组的NRS评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分和患肢下蹲疼痛角度在治疗后不同观察节点均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结构针灸疗法治疗膝关节训练伤具有不留针、见效快和安全易学等优势,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of structural acupuncture in the treatment of mild to moderate knee military training injuries,and to provide better treatment for mild to moderate knee military training injuries.Methods A total of 78 trainees with knee training injuries were selected from September to October 2022 in a new training phase of military academic,and were divided into a control group and an observation group with 39 in each by the random number table method.The observation group was treated with structural acupuncture twice a week for 2 weeks,while the control group was treated with Shang Shi Zhi Tong Gao(LingRui)once a day for 2 weeks,and the plaster was pasted after getting up and removed before bedtime.The efficacy of the two interventions,numerical rating scale(NRS)score,Lysholm knee function score and squat pain angle of the affected limb were compared at the 3rd,7th,14th and 28th days after the intervention.Results The curative effects of the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group.The NRS score,Lysholm knee function score and squat pain angle of the affected limb in the observation group were better than those in the control group at different observing points after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Structural acupuncture therapy for knee training injuries has the advantages of no needles left,quick effects,safe and easy to learn,and is worth promoting in the army.
