高原驻训医疗队开展边防巡诊工作的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on Border Patrol Work of Plateau Medical Team

目的 探讨高原驻训医疗队在边防部队开展巡诊工作的筹措与实施方法,以提高我军在高原特殊作业环境下的卫勤保障能力。方法 结合高原驻训医疗队巡诊实践经验,研究提高医疗保障能力、巡诊工作效果及官兵满意度的各项举措。结果 巡诊前积极筹措队伍组建、需求对接以及场地、车辆和物资准备,巡诊中有效规范就诊流程、开展健康查体以及健康知识宣教,巡诊后针对官兵反馈及时总结梳理问题。重点环节中采用多学科协作防治官兵军事训练伤,开展特色专科诊治高原易发疾病。此外,应重点解决巡诊队伍专科不全、药品无法满足需求、特殊病例不能持续治疗以及女性官兵缺乏关爱等实际问题。结论 本文提出驻训医疗队深入边防部队开展巡诊工作的实施策略和综合举措,为做好高原官兵巡诊保健工作提供参考依据。

Objective To explore the methods of implementing the medical team′s patrol work in the border troops stationed at plateau, so as to improve the medical support ability of our army under the special working environment at plateau. Methods Based on the practical experience of the medical team stationed at plateau, the measures to improve the medical security ability, the effects of the patrol and the satisfaction of the officers and soldiers were studied. Results Actively raising the team, matching the needs, preparing the site, vehicles and materials before patrol, effectively standardizing the medical process, carrying out health examination and health knowledge education during patrol, and timely summarizing and sorting out the feedback from officers and soldiers after patrol. In key links, multi-disciplinary cooperation was adopted to prevent and treat military training injuries of officers and soldiers, specialties were carried out to diagnose and treat high altitude sickness. In addition, we should focus on solving the practical problems such as the lack of expertise of the patrol team, the inability of drugs to meet the needs, the inability to continue the treatment of special cases, and the lack of care for female officers and soldiers. Conclusion This paper puts forward the implementing strategies and comprehensive measures for the medical team to carry out the patrol work in the border defense forces, which provides a reference for the health care work of officers and soldiers at plateau.
