长期护理职业技能认证与培养培训体系构建

The Establishment of Certification System and Training Framework of Professional Long-term Care

党的二十大作出建立长期护理保险制度的重要战略部署。针对当前长期护理从业人员供需失衡、结构不合理等问题,亟须加强长护险服务保障制度顶层设计,尽快建立并完善长期护理人员职业技能认证与培养培训体系,从而满足日益增长且多元化的长期护理社会需求,为长期护理保险制度提供配套保障。本文基于我国职业技能等级认证标准的建立机制,结合日本、美国在长期护理人才培养方面的相关经验,从协同创新、分类管理、产教融合三个方面对构建中国特色专业化长期护理职业评价与人才培养体系提供思考。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made clear the importance of establishing the long-term care insurance system.Due to the supply-demand imbalance and structure deficit of professional long-term caregiver,it is urgent to strengthen the top-level design of the long-term care insurance service system and establish a long-term caregiver professional certification and training system.This is helpful to meet the growing and diversified social demand for long-term care service and support the development of long-term care insurance system.Based on the establishment mechanism of current professional skill certification standards in China and the successful experience in long-term care talent training of Japan and the United States,this paper provides some proposals for establishing the professional certification and training system of long-term caregiver in China from the perspectives of collaborative innovation,classified management,and integration of industry and education.
