摘要 尾矿库框架式排水井拱板事故频发,极大地影响了矿山企业的正常生产。在全面分析拱板施工、安装及运行等环节安全隐患的基础上,对现有监管措施进行总结。在此基础上,从结构安全角度,针对现行拱板所存在的受力模型易改变、承载能力偏低、易松动脱落、易引发立柱继发垮塌等结构弱点,提出拱板结构安全升级的一系列措施,可为框架式排水井安全管理提供有益支撑。 The arch plate accidents of framed drainage well in tailings ponds occur frequently,which greatly affects the normal production of mining enterprises.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the potential safety hazards in the construction,installation,and operation of arch slabs,the existing supervision measures are summarized.On this basis,from the perspective of structural safety,in view of the structural weaknesses of the existing arch plate,such as easy to change the stress model,low bearing capacity,easy to lose and fall off,and secondary collapse of the column,a series of measures for the safety upgrading of the arch plate structure are proposed,which can provide beneficial support for the safety management of the framed drainage well.
