某铝合金高速海洋指挥船舵系设计

摘要 铝合金船舶与钢质船舶舵系安装方法不同,钢质标准舵承不能与铝质主船体直接焊接固定,两者连接方式也需要考虑异种金属之间电化腐蚀。以某海洋指挥船舵系设计与某高速铝质巡逻艇舵系设计为例进行对比,两船分别采用赛龙承座连接法和螺栓连接法,均有效解决了异种金属的连接、电化腐蚀以及舵承润滑问题,但两者在采购成本、制作和安装工艺的等方面差异。 The aluminum ship is different from the steel ship in respect of the rudder installation.The steel standard rudder bearing can not be welded directly to the aluminum main ship hull,and the electrochemical corrosion between different metals should be considered in connection.Taking the rudder design of marine command ship as an example,and the rudder design of a high speed aluminum patrol boat as a comparison,the problems of dissimilar metals connection,electrochemical corrosion and rudder lubrication are effectively solved by adopting the methods of Thordon bearing and bolt connection respectively.However,there are some differences in purchase cost,manufacture and installation process between them.Both methods can solve the problem of fixing the rudder system of all-aluminum ships.
