摘要
针对船舶在船台阶段锚系装焊空间受限问题,基于控制生产成本和改善施工环境,将锚系安装节点优化到总组阶段。结合实船锚系三维动态仿真、锚系安装工艺技术评审和现场技术跟踪,确保各个环节合理、有序、可控。本文通过研究锚系在船舶总组阶段布置安装的技术特点,希望为后续各类分段建造船舶锚系提前工序安装积累经验和技术参考。
In view of the problem of limited space for anchor installation and welding during the slipway stage due to changes in ship line type,based on controlling production costs and improving the construction environment,the anchor installation nodes are optimized to the general assembly stage.Combining 3D dynamic simulation of a actual ship anchor system,and technical review of anchor system installation process and on-site technical tracking,it was ensured that all links during installation were reasonable,orderly and controllable.By studying the technical characteristics of the arrangement and installation of the anchor system in the general assembly stage of ships,this paper hopes to accumulate experience and technical reference for the installation of the anchor system in advance for the subsequent stages of construction of various types of ships.
