某型船专用曲面墩木优化设计

摘要 船舶建造或修理进出坞(或船台上下排)坐墩过程中,因船体靠近肶部或者首尾部区域的外板线型变化较大,该处外板设计布墩坐墩时,存在因受力不均而导致船体外板局部变形的风险。针对该问题,本文以某型船为依托设计制作曲面墩木,与船舶外板线型相匹配,既避免船体外板因受力不均产生变形,又可提高该型船进出坞(或船台上下排)作业前布墩施工效率。 During the process of ship building or repair docking(or the upper and lower rows of shipways),there is a risk of local deformation of the ship’s outer plate due to uneven stress on the contact surface between the outer plate and the pier wood when designing and arranging the pier wood,and due to the large line shape of the outer plate near the bilge or the bow and stern areas of the ship’s hull.In response to this issue,this article takes a certain type of ship as an example to conduct research,designing and manufacturing curved pier beams that match the line shape of the outer plate of the ship.That is to avoid the deformation of shell plating due to the uneven force and improve the efficiency of blocks arrangement before docking and undocking(or the upper and lower rows of shipways).
