摘要
为了满足新的造船规范,提高生产效率,保证船舶产品的精度和质量,设计了一套专用的便捷、高效且不受场地限制并具有广泛适用性的机械装置,操作方便,投资少、见效快。该装置采用了可自由组合的两块工作平台,既可单独作业,又可联合作业,采用液压绞车、声光报警、拉力传感器和系统压力溢流等机电装置,解决了运行稳定、过载保护、变形控制等技术难题,提高船体分段建造质量,缩短建造周期,降低造船成本。本装置可提高造船生产效率和建造质量,可供其它船企参考。
In order to meet the new shipbuilding standards,improve production efficiency and ensure the accuracy and quality of ship products,a set of special,convenient,efficient and widely applicable mechanical device is designed,which is not subject to site restriction,easy to operate,low in investment and quick in effect.On the whole,two working platforms that can be freely combined are adopted in the design,which can work independently or jointly.For the first time,mechanical and electrical devices such as hydraulic winch,audible and visual alarm,tension sensor and system pressure overflow are adopted,which solve the technical problems such as stable operation,overload protection and deformation control.It is not only suitable for the domestic large shipyards,but also suitable for small and medium-sized shipyards in China that are unable to purchase large-scale plane sectional assembly lines.It is not limited by factory premises,improves the quality of hull sectional construction,shortens the construction period and reduces the shipbuilding cost.The research results of this topic can improve the shipbuilding efficiency and construction quality and may also provide reference for the domestic shipbuilding industry.
