摘要
文中针对深槽形带式输送机大倾角输送砂石料问题,介绍了采用DEM软件进行大倾角输送物料DEM仿真方法。采用小倾角给料、直接在大倾角2种输送机模型,无振动和施加振动等4种情况进行DEM仿真,采用物料堆积角对颗粒参数进行表征。仿真结果表明:采用光面输送带在24.53°倾角下输送骨料的可行性。提出了采用物料速度和带速、物料与输送带间摩擦力和物料下滑力作为评价方法对深槽形带式输送机大倾角输送能力进行评价;对不同的输送量和带速情况下进行仿真,证明采用2.5 m/s的速度下能够保证骨料的输送,为系统设计提供了依据,也可为类似工程提供参考。
For the deep trough belt conveyor conveying aggregate with large inclination angle,in this paper,a DEM simulation method for conveying materials with large inclination angle using DEM software is introduced.DEM simulation was carried out for small inclination angle feeding,large inclination angle conveying,no vibration and applied vibration,and particle parameters were characterized by material stacking angle.The material speed and belt speed,the friction between the material and the conveyor belt and the sliding force of the material were used as parameters to evaluate the large inclination angle conveying capacity of the deep trough belt conveyor.Simulation results show that the speed of 2.5 m/s can ensure the aggregate transportation,which provides a basis for the system design and can also provide reference for similar projects.
