水上换料机起重结构抗震分析

摘要 水上换料机起重结构是乏组件工艺运输系统的关键设备,需要对其在地震工况下的结构强度进行校核。文中应用有限元分析软件Ansys建立了水上换料机起重结构的有限元模型,并结合反应谱法,对水上换料机起重结构在极限安全地震(SL-2)时的结构抗震特性进行了分析,为相关低温堆装卸系统的设计和建设提供了技术支持。 Considering that the lifting structure of the floating refueling machine is the key equipment of the spent fuel assembly transportation system,it is necessary to check its structural strength under earthquake conditions.In this paper,the finite element analysis software Ansys was used to establish the finite element model of the lifting structure of the floating refueling machine.Combined with the response spectrum method,the seismic characteristics of the lifting structure of the floating refueling machine under the extreme safety earthquake(SL-2)were analyzed,which provides a technical basis for the design and construction of the related low-temperature reactor loading and unloading system.
