摘要 文中在对比FEA有限元轮压和传统算法轮压的基础上,分析了两者的相同点和不同点,指出侧向载荷下的扭转是导致两者差异的原因。以结构门框横梁为切入点,分析了结构内力对轮压的作用,将门框扭转分解为左右侧、海陆侧力偶和集中力矩,将总轮压分解为倾覆力矩轮压与扭转轮压之和,提出了轮压传递系数的概念,从而得到了一种扭转轮压算法模型。另外,结合FEA获得门框不同受力条件下的轮压传递系数,经验证该算法模型与FEA结果符合较好。 In this paper,on the basis of comparing FEA finite element wheel pressure calculation with traditional wheel pressure algorithm,the similarities and differences between them are discussed,and it is pointed out that torsion under lateral load is the reason for the difference between the two calculation methods.Taking the beam of structural door frame as the starting point,the influence of structural internal force on wheel pressure was analyzed.The torsion of door frame was decomposed into left and right side,sea and land side couple and concentrated moment,and the total wheel pressure was decomposed into the overturning moment wheel pressure and torsional wheel pressure.The wheel pressure transfer coefficient was put forward,and an algorithm model of torsional wheel pressure was built.In addition,combined with FEA,the wheel pressure transfer coefficient of door frame under different stress conditions was obtained,and it is verified that the algorithm model is in good agreement with FEA.
