摘要
龙门起重机纠偏系统是大车行走最关键的控制系统之一,影响大车啃轨程度和驱动性能,也关乎大车运行和联机抬吊的安全。文中以角度纠偏装置为例,阐述了该装置各个组成及纠偏原理,详细说明了联机抬吊过程中出现的问题及改进措施,并对纠偏装置的试验、使用及检验给出指导,为类似装置的应用提供借鉴。
The deviation correction system of gantry crane is one of the most critical control systems of the traveling mechanism of the cart,which not only affects the rail gnawing and driving performance of the cart,but also concerns the safety of the cart operation and online lifting.Taking the angle deviation correction device as an example,the structure and deviation correction principle of the device are expounded,the problems and improvement measures in the online lifting process are explained in detail,and guidance is given on the test,use and inspection of the deviation correction device,which provides reference for the application of similar devices.
