欠发达地区脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴衔接路径研究——以三门峡市卢氏县为例

Research on the Convergence Path Between Poverty Eradication and Rural Revitalization in Less Developed Areas--Taking Lushi County of Sanmenxia City as an Example

为探索豫西地区农村发展和乡村振兴道路,以豫西山地的三门峡市卢氏县为研究对象,在进行实地调研的基础上,对卢氏县农村的发展现状和过程进行综合梳理,深入分析卢氏县农村产业发展与资源利用之间的关系和发展制约因素,提出卢氏县农村产业发展和乡村振兴路径。

China's agricultural sector is undergoing a significant transformation,transitioning from traditional methods to modern agriculture.Currently,the focus lies on evaluating agricultural resources,reorganizing production factors,and reconstructing the rural economic landscape.It is essential to reassess how agricultural resources are utilized in rural areas,introduce new production factors,and foster rural economic growth.This core issue is integral to the realization of China's rural revitalization strategy.Notably,Lushi County in the West Henan region successfully emerged from the list of national poverty-stricken counties in 2020,accomplishing poverty eradication.However,the county now faces the pressing need to shift from poverty eradication to rural revitalization.To explore the path of rural development and revitalization in the West Henan region,this paper focuses on Lushi County in the mountainous area of Sanmenxia City.Through extensive field research,it comprehensively examines the current state and progress of rural development in Lushi County.Ultimately,the paper presents a roadmap for rural industrial development and rural revitalization in Lushi County,aiming to offer valuable insights for rural development and revitalization efforts across various counties in China.
