激励是人类生存与发展的动力。节水激励政策是节水支持政策的重要组成部分,用好这一工具,对推动全社会节水、促进高质量发展,可以起到事半功倍的作用。文章尝试用一个简洁的分析框架,从管理、经济和社会心理学等视角解读激励方法及其对节水政策制定的启示,为健全完善节水支持政策提供参考。

Incentive is a driving force for human survival and development.Water-saving incentive policy is an important part of supporting policies for water conservation.The full utilization of the water-saving incentive policy will contribute to society-wide water conservation and high-quality development,yielding twice the result with half the effort.Under a simple analytical framework,this paper expounds the incentive methods and their inspiration for water conservation from the perspectives of management,economy and society psychology to provide reference for the improvement of water conservation supporting policies.
