竹片侧翻预胶合成板装置的研究

摘要 为了降低操作人员的劳动强度和人工成本,提高自动化程度和生产效率,对竹片上胶、输送、翻转及胶合成板加工单机设备进行研究,将常用凸轮机构、齿轮机构、导杆结构、带传动及带式输送机、光电传感器等进行结合,设计了一种将竹片的自动进料上胶、侧翻、排列出料、铺平预胶合成板的单机组合成一体的机械。介绍了竹片自动上胶侧翻预胶合成板装置的总体结构布置、工作过程,对凸轮机构进行设计,并用作图法绘制了凸轮轮廓线,给出了主要传动部件的运动参数。该装置适合于规格化多竹片平压胶合成板材。 In order to decreasing intensity and operator labor cost,raising automation degree and machining accuracy,in this paper,the processing single machine equiped with bamboo slices glue,transfer,roll-over,and gel synthesis plate was studied.Cam mechanism,gear mechanism,guide rod mechanism,belt drive and band conveyor,and photoelectricity sensor were combined and then a single-machine combination into an integrated machine with bamboo slices glue,transfer roll-over,and gel synthesis plate was design.The overall structure layout and working process of the device with bamboo slices glue,transfer roll over,and gel synthesis plate were introduced in the paper.The cam mechanism was designed and the cam profile was drawn by graphing method.The motor coordination of each component was also analyzed.The motion parameters of main transmission parts were given.The device was more suitable for standardizing multiple bamboo sheet flat compression into plate.
