摘要
木基复合材料具有良好的机械性能和可加工性,是现阶段我国木材科学与技术领域开发和研究的主要对象。首先根据不同的组合形式和应用总结出3种木基复合材料,即木塑复合材料、木基陶瓷材料和木材无机纳米复合材料。同时,梳理了其在生物可降解材料、新型环保材料、新型阻燃材料、生物基热塑性等领域的研究进展,并针对现有木基复合材料制备和应用方面存在的问题,展望其研究趋势和应用前景,旨在为进一步提高木基复合材料的研究提供科学依据。
Wood-based composite material has good mechanical properties and machinability,which is the main object of development and research in the field of wood science and technology in China at present.In this paper,three kinds of wood-based composite materials were summarized according to different combination forms and applications,including wood-plastic composite materials,wood-based ceramic materials,and wood inorganic nano composite materials.The research progress in biodegradable materials,new environment-friendly materials,new flame retardant materials,bio-based thermoplastics and other fields were summarized.In view of the existing problems in the preparation and application of wood-based composites,the research and application prospects were prospected,aiming to provide a scientific basis for further improving the research of wood-based composites.
