摘要
本文阐述了一种新型抗菌后整理剂的合成方法,将聚乙烯基咪唑-聚丙烯酸-聚丙烯酸酸正丁酯三元共聚物、硝酸银和助溶剂配置成抗菌液,通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR-ATR),热重分析(TGA)和毒理性方法评价了抗菌液的组成、热性能和毒理性,抗菌液处理棉和涤纶织物后,采用吸收法抗菌测试法,台式色差仪和多功能色牢度摩擦仪对织物进行水洗抗菌率、白度和染色牢度进行测试。结果表明抗菌膜层耐热性好,安全无毒,添加3%的抗菌液配置成工作液后处理棉和涤纶织物,水洗50次后对大肠杆菌的抗菌率仍然达到99%以上,织物本身的染色牢度和白度不受抗菌液影响。抗菌液具有安全、广谱、高效和持久的抗菌效果,为进一步开发抗菌后整理液提供依据。
A new antibacterial finishing agent was synthesized.The composition,thermal properties and toxicological properties of the antibacterial solution were evaluated by FTIR,TGA and toxicological tests.After treating cotton and polyester fabrics with the antibacterial solution,the antibacterial rate,whiteness and color fastness of the fabrics were tested by washing.The results showed that the antibacterial film had good heat resistance and was safe with non-toxic.After adding 3%of the antibacterial solution into the working solution,cotton and polyester fabrics through 50 times of washing,the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli still reached more than 99%.The dyeing fastness and whiteness of the fabric itself were not affected by the antibacterial solution.The antibacterial solution had safe,broad-spectrum,efficient and lasting antibacterial effect,which provided a basis for further development of antibacterial finishing solution.
