摘要
基于某1.5 L增压发动机润滑系统,利用CAE手段进行润滑系统仿真建模,对搭载可变排量机油泵与传统定排量机油泵方案进行流量、压力对比分析,评估可变排量机油泵的节油可行性,并进行发动机台架试验验证。结果表明,在满足零部件润滑需求的情况下,润滑系统搭载可变排量机油泵,发动机摩擦功最大降低0.45 kW,关键部分负荷工况下最小平均节油率达到1.8%,最大平均节油率达到3.96%。
Based on a 1.5L turbocharged engine lubrication system,via modeling the lubrication system by CAE method,oil flow and pressure contrastive analysis was carried out on the variable displacement pump with the traditional fixed displacement oil pump.The fuel-saving feasibility of the lubrication system was assessed,and verified by the engine bench test.The results show that the lubrication system with a variable displacement oil pump,under the condition of satisfying the lubrication requirements of the parts,can get 0.45kW friction power reduced by maximum,and the minimum average fuel-saving rate is 1.8%and the maximum average fuel-saving rate can reach 3.96%under the key part load operating point of engine.
