摘要
目的 通过meta分析系统评价我国抗疫一线医护人员失眠患病率,为改善医护人员失眠提供依据。方法 在知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Embase及web of science数据库中,检索重大突发公共卫生事件期间我国抗疫一线医护人员失眠患病率的横断面研究,检索时间从2019年12月—2022年4月,采用R软件进行meta分析,并对结果进行发表偏倚和敏感性分析。结果 共纳入30篇文献,样本总人数18 075人,其中失眠人数10 027人。我国抗疫一线医务人员失眠患病率为54.5%[95%CI(47.6%,61.4%)]。女性、已婚、中级职称、本科及以下、年龄<26岁、医生、抗疫地点为湖北、采用自制问卷评估失眠的医护人员的失眠患病率相对较高。结论 重大突发公共卫生事件期间,我国抗疫一线医护人员失眠患病率较高。
Objective To evaluate the prevalence of insomnia among front-line healthcare workers fighting against coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in China through a meta-analysis system,provide a basis for improving insomnia among medical staff.Methods The cross-sectional studies on the prevalence of insomnia among front-line healthcare workers fighting against COVID-19 during COVID-19 pandemic in China were retrieved in CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,PubMed,Embase and web of science databases,and the retrieval time was from December 2019 to April 2022.R software was used for meta-analysis,and the results were analyzed for publication bias and sensitivety analysis.Results A total of 30 studies with 18075 participants met the inclusion criteria for the analysis,including 10027 people with insomnia.The prevalence of insomnia among front-line healthcare workers in China was 54.5%[95%CI(47.6%,61.4%)].The prevalence of insomnia among healthcare workers who are female,married,intermediate professional title,bachelor degree or below,ageed<26 years old,doctor,fighting against the epidemic in Hubei Province,using self-made questionnaire to evaluate insomnia was relatively high.Conclusion The prevalence of insomnia among front-line healthcare workers during the COVID-19 epidemic in China is high,and measures should be taken to prevent and control insomnia.
