夏枯草提取物对高脂血症模型大鼠脂质代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effects of extracts from Prunella vulgaris on lipid metabolism of model rats with hyperlipidemia

摘要 目的研究夏枯草提取物对高脂血症模型大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法将48只SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠采用随机数字表法分为空白对照组,模型对照组,洛伐他汀组,夏枯草提取物高、中、低剂量组6组,每组8只。采用改进的高脂饲料自然采食法造模,造模成功后各组灌胃相应药物或蒸馏水15 d,采用TBA-120FR型全自动生化分析仪测定各组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量。结果与空白对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C含量明显升高,HDL-C含量明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,洛伐他汀组及夏枯草提取物高、中、低剂量组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C含量明显降低,HDL-C含量明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论夏枯草提取物可明显降低高脂血症模型大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C含量,升高HDL-C含量,具有调节脂质代谢紊乱的作用。 Objective To study the effects of Prunella vulgaris extracts on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia model rats.Methods 48 SPF Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups of a blank control group,a model control group,a lovastatin group,and high-dose,medium-dose,and low-dose groups of Prunella vulgaris extracts by a random number table method,with 8 rats in each group.The improved high-fat natural feeding method was used to make the model.After the model was successfully made,each group was given corresponding drugs or distilled water by gavage for 15 days.The contents of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in serum of rats in each group were measured by TBA-120FR automatic biochemical analyzer.Results Compared with the blank control group,the model control group showed a significant increase in serum TC,TG,and LDL-C content,while the HDL-C content decreased significantly(P<0.05);compared with the model control group,the levels of serum TC,TG,and LDL-C significantly reduced in the lovastatin group and the high-dose,medium-dose,and low-dose groups of Prunella vulgaris extracts,while the levels of HDL-C significantly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracts of Prunella vulgaris can significantly reduce the contents of TC,TG,LDL-C in serum of hyperlipidemia model rats,increase the content of HDL-C,and have the effect of regulating lipid metabolism disorders.
