针灸治疗鞘膜积液临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for hydrocele of the tunica vaginalis

查阅文献,从病因病机、治则治法、针刺治疗、艾灸治疗4个方面总结近15年针灸治疗鞘膜积液的临床研究概况,发现目前有关针灸治疗鞘膜积液的临床研究文献较少,且存在临床观察样本量少,缺乏统一的纳入标准及疗效判定标准,对于联合疗法及特效穴位的研究尚不深入等问题,今后的研究应当注重解决这些问题,从而进一步提高针灸治疗鞘膜积液的临床疗效及临床试验结果的可信度。

Through literature review,the paper summarizes the clinical research overview of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hydrocele of the tunica vaginalis in the past 15 years from four aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic principles and methods,acupuncture treatment and moxibustion treatment.It is found that there are few clinical research literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for hydrocele of the tunica vaginalis,few clinical observation samples,and there is no unified inclusion criterion and efficacy criterion,and no enough indepth research on combination therapy and specific acupoints.These problems should be considered and solved in the future research,so as to improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hydrocele of the tunica vaginalis and the credibility of clinical trial results.
