针刺对腹泻和便秘的双向良性调节作用研究进展

Research progress on the bidirectional benign regulatory effect of acupuncture on diarrhea and constipation

查阅文献,对针刺治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征及功能性便秘的相关临床研究文献进行概述,并从针刺对脑肠轴、胃肠肽、神经系统的调节作用3个方面总结针刺对腹泻和便秘的双向良性调节作用的机制,为深入研究针刺的双向良性调节作用提供文献支撑。今后需通过大量的临床及实验研究,明确针刺的双向调节效应,以便更好地发挥针刺治疗功能性胃肠疾病的优势。

By reviewing relevant literature,this paper provides an overview of clinical research on acupuncture treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and functional constipation,and summarizes the mechanism of acupuncture’s bidirectional benign regulatory effect on diarrhea and constipation from three aspects:the regulatory effect of acupuncture on the brain intestinal axis,gastrointestinal peptides,and nervous system.This provides literature support for in-depth research on acupuncture’s bidirectional benign regulatory effect.In order to take a better advantages of acupuncture in treating functional gastrointestinal diseases,a large amount of clinical and experimental research is needed to clarify the bidirectional regulatory effect of acupuncture.
