基于扎根理论的水利工程EPC总承包方管理遇阻研究

Research on Management Obstacles Encountered by EPC General Contractor in Hydraulic Engineering Based on Grounded Theory

在水利工程中推行EPC总承包模式时,总承包方面临着诸多管理阻力。为了探究EPC总承包方管理时阻力所在,本文采用扎根理论法对管理阻力进行质性分析。首先广泛收集了关于水利工程EPC项目的基础资料,随后对管理阻力进行3次编码,形成管理阻力的概念与范畴。通过饱和度检验,最终得到4个主范畴及17个初始范畴,从而构建了水利工程EPC总承包管理遇阻的理论模型。

Recentlythe EPC general contracting mode ispromoted in hydraulic engineering,while the general contractors are facing many management obstacles.In order to explore where the management obstacles lie,this paper utilizes the grounded theory method to analyze it qualitatively.Firstly,the basic data about EPC projectsinhydraulic engineering are widely collected,then three codingprocesses are taken to deduce the concepts and categories of management obstacles.Through the saturation test,seventeen initial categories and four main categories are finally obtained,thus constructing the theory model of management obstacles in hydraulic engineering.
